Customized Personal Training

Whether you are just beginning the journey of getting in better shape, or you are looking for a personal trainer to guide you in your strength conditioning, you are in the right place! NASM's Optimal Performance Training (OPT) model has a scientifially based plan of progression for everyone, no matter what level you are at. Each session is custom designed to move you towards acheiving your health and fitness goals.

If aches and pains are standing in the way of your goals, look no further! Training begins with corrective exercise and functional movement that will strengthen your core and increase your range of movement. Exercise can then progress to the next level where you will start seeing results!

Services Offered

Assessments

Your first session will start with a free health assessment including body measurements, posture and movement analysis, and cardiorespiratory testing. Regular follow-up assessments will be preformed to track your progress.

Goal Setting

From weight loss to gaining lean muscle mass to improving overall health, we will identify specific goals you want to achieve. We will identify anything that has been a road block for you in the past. This will help guide the creation of a customized training plan.

Personal Training Sessions

One hour personal training sessions to execute your custom plan. All equipment will be provided. You will learn exercises selected for your body, receive guidance and motivation, and discuss any health and fitness concerns you may have.

Exercise Plan

Annual, Monthly and Weekly Plans will be created to give you the big picture, as well as what to do each week!.

Your happiness is a reflection of your health.  My passion is to help bring health and happiness to the people in my life.

I grew up with a love for physical activity and well-being that turned into a Bachelors degree in Community Health Education from Brigham Young University.  I worked as a Health Educator for the Utah State Health Department, as well as a Health Coach for The Apple Program until my husband and I were blessed with our first baby.

I have been fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom for the last 10 years as our family has grown to three beautiful children. As my youngest son was approaching kindergarten, I made the decision to pursue my passion again.  I now train Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu alongside my husband and kids and am in the best shape of my life!  As I began to lose inches and feel healthier, I found a desire to become a Personal Trainer and help others join me on this journey!

I received my Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in July of 2016. I now have a myriad of tools for helping my family and friends transform their lives!
